Version 2026-11-01 · Effective 1 November 2026. This agreement is between you and Capire Private Limited ("Capire") when you accept it before downloading the beta.
Who can take part
You must be at least 18, apply using an email you control, and receive approval from Capire. Access is personal to you. Your download password is separate from your Google or app account. Do not give someone else your access details.
Taking part is voluntary. You can stop testing at any time. Joining the waitlist or applying does not guarantee approval, a launch date, payment or a particular feature.
Keep the private beta private
Use the APK only for your own approved testing. Do not upload, forward, sell or otherwise distribute the APK, its download credentials, unpublished screens, recordings, feature details or test materials without Capire’s written permission. Do not publish beta screenshots, videos or a review containing confidential details unless Capire agrees in writing.
Keep other testers’ information private too. Do not share profiles, conversations, photos, voice or video recordings, phone numbers or other personal information without the affected person’s permission and any permissions required by law. Use private channels agreed with Capire for feedback and bug reports.
Confidentiality does not cover information that was already lawfully public, that you already lawfully knew, that you independently develop without using confidential material, or that a third party lawfully shares without a duty of confidence. It does not prevent disclosures required by law, reporting wrongdoing to authorities, or reporting a safety or security concern through appropriate channels. Where lawful and practical, tell Capire before a required disclosure so we can help protect private information.
Keep unpublished beta material confidential until Capire makes it public or gives written permission to share it. Other people’s personal information still deserves protection after a feature launches.
Test with care
Use the beta on a device you control and keep your device and access details secure. Review Android’s installer warnings and keep Play Protect enabled. Install updates over the existing beta when possible; do not clear app data just to work around an installation problem.
Do not use the beta to harass, impersonate or exploit someone, collect other people’s information, bypass access restrictions or disrupt services. Do not test an exploit against another person’s account or data. Tell Capire privately if you find a security issue.
Understand what is still being tested
The beta is an early testing build, not a public Google Play release. Features can change, fail, be withdrawn or become unavailable. Test data may need to be reset. Keep a separate copy of anything important and avoid entering highly sensitive information.
Chats and calls in this beta are not end-to-end encrypted. A beta account or invitation does not verify a person’s identity or guarantee a safe interaction or successful match. Use your own judgement and the app’s reporting and blocking controls.
The current Android beta uses Capire’s existing testing signing certificate. Production signing and Play Store publication are separate steps. Capire gives you a personal, revocable permission to install and use the supplied build for this beta programme; ownership of the app remains with Capire and its licensors.
Feedback and contact
Share feedback you have permission to provide. Capire may use suggestions to improve the app without an obligation to implement them or pay for them, unless we separately agree otherwise. Do not include another person’s private information when a description or redacted example would do.
Reply to the Capire email that invited you, or contact us through our official LinkedIn page, for testing help, security concerns, withdrawal or privacy requests. Please do not post confidential details in public comments.
Your information and agreement record
The website stores your beta application email, registration and waitlist consent, approval status, a hash of your beta password, and access expiry. For a download, we record the time you accepted, this agreement’s version and file hash, and the build supplied. Security controls use protected, temporary identifiers to limit repeated attempts. The APK is served through the authenticated website.
Beta applications also join the Capire waitlist with the consent shown on the form. You can unsubscribe from launch updates at any time; that does not by itself revoke approved beta access. See the website privacy notice and the beta app data information for more details.
Ending access and future changes
Capire may suspend, expire or revoke beta access, including for misuse or a confidentiality breach. If access ends, stop using and distributing beta materials and remove the beta and confidential copies when asked, subject to any legal retention requirements. Revoking website access cannot remotely erase a file already downloaded.
Any new agreement version will be shown before a future download and requires a new acceptance. This agreement does not remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. If part of it cannot be enforced, the rest continues to the extent permitted by law.
